We specialise in arborist reports for development projects. We provide tree reports all across Melbourne, Geelong & the Mornington Peninsula.

ARBORIST REPORTS
As we specialise in arborist reports for development projects, we can ensure that practical and workable solutions are put forward in so far as possible to support the progress of your project through council.
We can also assist with a broad range of general arboricultural assessments.
PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT REPORT
With a Preliminary Assessment report we provide details of all trees within the site, within approx. 5 m of the boundary and any council owned trees. General condition, retention value, the Tree Protection Zones (TPZ) and Structural Root Zones (SRZ measurements along with permit requirements will be discussed within the report. The information included will help guide any intended design if no plans have been drawn. Planners, architects, owner builders, and developers use this type of report to assist in the initial design stage of a proposed development.
IMPACT ASSESSMENT REPORT
In addition to the information listed in a Preliminary Assessment, Impact Assessment reports establish the impact that a proposed design will have on existing trees. We will advise if there are any encroachments between the design, the Tree Protection Zones (TPZ) and Structural Root Zones (SRZ), ensuring compliance with AS4970-2009 ‘Protection of trees on development sites’. In the event there are conflicts between existing trees and the intended design, the Impact Assessment report will provide recommendations as to how to manage the encroachment.
TREE MANAGEMENT & PROTECTION PLANS
A Tree Management Plan provides guidelines as to how to ensure the protection of identified trees during the different phases of the development. This takes into account specific conditions within planning permits and municipality requirements.
Tree Protection Plans are scaled diagrammatic drawings that clearly communicate tree protection requirements and their implementation on the site.
COUNCILS
We cover multiple municipalities across Melbourne, Geelong & the Mornington Peninsula as well as regional Victoria.
